Site Commissioning & Setup
- Once you have a scheduled install date of your equipment, you can email us ahead of time so our team can be ready.
- Shipped SolarVu® equipment is pre-programmed to your site’s configuration to enable a plug and play install. Site specific drawing, portal information and install guides are included.
- During the initial setup process, visit your SolarVu® portal’s URL and account to cross reference your install.
- For internet connectivity, view the ‘Analyzer->Communication’ tab and ‘Analyzer->Equipment Log’ to validate data received from inverters.
- Data is refreshed every 10 minutes, and a timestamp is displayed and visible.
- It may take a few minutes for new updates to appear after equipment connection.
Support Documents
Each shipped SolarVu® equipment will have included a site-specific communications SLD, and an installation guide found within the enclosure for convenient field reference. The guide is tailored for its inverter type, and relevant purchased options.
You can also download the corresponding connection guide from the Support Documents area ahead of time for reference. It's important to use the corresponding guide for your specific inverter model and optional accessories. If you need a guide for models or equipment not listed, please contact us for assistance.
